I’m Patrick Lim… Coach, sports nutritionist and sponsored ONEST health athlete.
I am a second generation Martial Artist and former PTBA pro athlete. I previously spent 10 Years as a Muay Thai head coach, and 4 years owning a successful strength and conditioning gym helping general fitness clients all the way through to athletes.
With 15 years of coaching experience and having worked with hundreds of people, I can help you with:
